Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at info@brewtechservices.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

We service espresso machines and coffee brewers, as well as espresso, bulk and batch grinders

Right now , we are only servicing La Marzocco Linea Mini, GS3 and Micra.

Yes, we offer emergency repair services. Due to the amount of calls we receive, we do our best to get there within 48 hours. Weekend and after-hours service rate may apply. Please contact us immediately for assistance.

For most of our customers, once every 6 months is ideal. However, this may vary depending on the volume, the water quality, and the age of your equipment. Espresso machines will perform better and last longer when maintenance is carried out regularly.

We do. We sell new equipment for most brands. Let us know if you have a piece of equipment in mind and we can offer some competitive quotes.

Used equipment in good condition is hard to come by. Send us an email to inquire about available machines at sales@brewtechservices.com. Please note that all used equipment sales are final. Due to the nature of pre-owned equipment, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase is completed. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review product details and ask any questions prior to purchasing. Our team is happy to provide additional photos, videos, or information to help you make an informed decision.

Often, it’s not. While the lower price can be tempting, used machines may have hidden wear, outdated components, or no warranty. This can lead to costly repairs and unexpected downtime that erase any savings.

With new equipment, you get a full warranty and the latest technology. Used machines are usually sold “as-is,” so any existing problems—or ones that pop up soon after—are yours to fix.

The biggest risks are the unknowns: Was it properly maintained? Are key parts near the end of their life? Will parts be hard to find? Without a warranty, every repair and the labor associated with it is an out-of-pocket expense, which can quickly add up.
